Sweet little no-bake gingerbread bites that take just 5 minutes to make in a food processor. Try them for a healthy holiday treat or snack on-the-go. You can even enjoy them as part of a healthy breakfast.
Total time: 25 minutes
Servings: 6 Servings
• 1 1/4 cup walnut pieces
• 1 cup packed, soft pitted dates
• 1 cup quick oats (gluten-free if required)
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• 3 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
• 2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• Add the walnut pieces and oats to a food processor. Mix until broken down.
• Add the dates and continue to process until it forms a dough.
• Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix.
• Remove from processor, roll into balls and enjoy!
• Store in the fridge in an air-tight container.
• Makes approximately 16-18 balls.
